THE TEAM AMD’s Data Center GPU organization is transforming the AI and HPC landscape. Our mission is to design and market exceptional products—anchored by our Instinct GPU portfolio—that power the next generation of computing in enterprise data centers, cloud, and supercomputing environments. If you’re excited by AI disruption and want to be part of building something big, join us.
THE ROLE We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing who can both lead and execute. This is a hybrid leadership/individual contributor role: in addition to managing a team and influencing across functions, you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves and personally lead programs, campaigns, and partner engagements. You’ll own the marketing strategy and execution for AMD’s Instinct GPU business across top OEM and ODM partners. You’ll work closely with our World Wide Marketing, Global Account Management, Business Development, and Product Marketing teams to drive high-impact co-marketing programs, product launches, and partner-aligned initiatives, with a focus on AI and data center adoption.
THE PERSON You are a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator. You understand the nuances of partner marketing, especially in B2B enterprise environments, and can align internal teams to external goals. You can juggle strategy, execution, stakeholder management, and reporting—while staying focused on results. You’re equally comfortable crafting a GTM brief & marketing collateral, executing campaigns, managing MDF, or stepping into a customer call to drive alignment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and execute global and regional co-marketing campaigns with OEM/ODM partners, with a strong focus on product launches and AI platform milestones
Align AMD and partner planning cycles, and embed AMD Instinct’s brand and value proposition into partner-led campaigns
Drive awareness and demand through joint programs in collaboration with Global Account and Regional Sales teams
Serve as the primary marketing interface between AMD and assigned partners—advocating for their needs internally while ensuring AMD priorities are well represented
Lead AMD’s execution of partner platform launches and integrate partner representation in AMD-led events, campaigns, and product messaging
Manage end-to-end MDF planning, execution, and reporting to maximize business impact
Track partner goals, pain points, and decision-making dynamics to improve alignment and program performance
Coordinate cross-functional teams to measure, report, and continuously optimize program effectiveness
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Proven success in partner or OEM/ODM marketing, ideally in enterprise hardware or AI/data center
A strategic leader who can also execute independently and directly contribute to deliverables
Strong marketing fundamentals, including budget ownership and contract/vendor management
Excellent writing and design background to craft impactful marketing messages and collateral
Ability to develop and manage complex programs across global teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with OEM/ODM and channel sales structures and how they impact marketing effectiveness
Experience with marketing analytics, reporting tools, and performance-based optimization
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
