JOB DESCRIPTION • Residential hard surface customers: scheduling appointments to review the surfaces they need work on, meeting with customers at their home to review job(s), answering any questions the customer may have, creating a work scope for their job(s), submitting an estimate to the customer, following up on estimates, schedule work on calendar, submit invoices to customers and print work orders. After work is scheduled, the Hard Surface Operation Manager will take over and manage the work. • Commercial hard surface customers: Regularly walking (usually once per month) our current commercial contracts, meeting with GK’s contacts at each facility, creating work orders and then scheduling work on the calendar.

SALARY • This job consists of both a base salary, plus commission. Estimated total compensation is between $70,000 - $120,000.

PAID TIME OFF • GK’s Custom Polishing, Inc. will provide the Director of Hard Surface Sales with 10 workdays’ worth of paid PTO during the 1st year at GK’s. This amount increases after the 1st year.

HOURS, TRADESHOWS, GK’S CHAMBER EVENT and AFTER HOUR BUSINESS EVENTS: • Normal weekly schedule: Monday – Friday 6:45am – 4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch • Employee does not need to work outside of these hours, unless for tradeshows and after hour business events.
