REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION: Having a team mindset. Being detail oriented and double checking your work. High school diploma / GED required. This is an in-person position. No remote work is part of this position. Having a willingness to learn, be taught and accept instruction. Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) QuickBooks Online (A familiarity with QuickBooks is important, but not mandatory for the job.) 2 years required in a Sales Role Background Check and Driving Record: Due to the importance of this job and your interaction with customers, you must pass a background check and have a clean driving record. JOB DESCRIPTION: Residential hard surface customers: scheduling appointments to review the surfaces they need work on, meeting with customer at their home to review job(s), answering any questions the customer may have, creating a work scope for their job(s), submitting an estimate to the customer, following up on estimates, schedule work on calendar, submit invoices to customers and print work orders. After work is scheduled, the Hard Surface Operation Manager will take over and manage the work. Commercial hard surface customers: Regularly walking (usually once per month) our current commercial contracts, meeting with GK's contacts at each facility, creating work orders and then scheduling work on the calendar. SALARY: This job consists of both a base salary, plus commission. Estimated total compensation is between $70,000 - $120,000. Please see Overall Compensation Sheet for total yearly compensation. This includes all benefits offered by GK's Custom Polishing, Inc. KPIs, GOALS and REPORTING: There are weekly and monthly goals, reporting and KPIs. HOURS, TRADESHOWS, GK's CHAMBER EVENT and AFTER HOUR BUSINESS EVENTS: Normal weekly schedule: Monday - Friday 6:45am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch. Employee does not need to work outside of these hours, unless for tradeshows and after hour business events. PAID HOLIDAYS and VACATION/SICK TIME: GK's Custom Polishing, Inc. will provide the Director of Sales - Hard Surface Division with 10 workdays' worth of paid vacation (and/or) sick time during their 1st year at the company. PTO days increase each each year.
