We’re recruiting for a Director of Finance who wants more than a seat behind spreadsheets. This is a leadership role where financial expertise meets strategy, influence, and visibility. You’ll own the financial engine of a vibrant property while partnering directly with ownership and executive teams to guide performance.

Ideal Profile
Prior DOF or Assistant DOF experience in upscale or lifestyle hotels Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a sharp eye for detail Tech-savvy with hotel financial systems (Aptech, PV&G, or similar) Communicator who can present numbers with clarity and influence decision-making at the highest levels
This is a role for someone who wants to be the financial strategist, not just the number cruncher.
