Core Responsibilities: Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts. Oversee accounting operations, including preparation of financial statements and audit processes. Partner with external accounting providers and evaluate outsourcing arrangements. Provide financial insights to drive performance and support strategic initiatives. Manage day-to-day financial operations initially, while transitioning into a more strategic leadership role as the company expands.

What You'll Bring: 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting within a private equity-backed environment required. Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. CPA designation preferred, but not required. A business-minded, entrepreneurial approach with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and levels.
