What You'll Do as a Director of Finance
Lead the Numbers & the Narrative Guide the company's financial strategy, deliver clear analysis, and support executive decision-making with timely insights.
Own the Close Oversee the month-end process across multiple entities, reduce timelines, and ensure clean, accurate books every cycle.
Drive Investor Confidence Prepare polished financial packages, manage lender and investor reporting, and build dashboards in Excel and AppFolio to increase visibility.
Level Up Processes Transition outsourced functions in-house, automate manual tasks, and maximize system capabilities to support scalability.
What You Bring
Proven success as a Director of Finance within commercial real estate.
Expertise in property-level accounting, month-end close, and investor-ready reporting.
Strong system knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
A leadership style that's hands-on, solutions-oriented, and collaborative.
Bonus points if you've worked on M&A, consolidations, or built scalable teams from the ground up.
