This position sits within a private equity backed healthcare company. You will be responsible for financial leadership, planning and reporting, with a focus on operational effectiveness and efficiency. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment going into the office 2-3 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic and hands-on partner to Finance and Operational leadership teams. Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and ongoing financial models. Leverage financial systems and tools to build and maintain dynamic forecast models. Perform in-depth monthly analysis of case costing, revenue trends, and operational performance. Prepare accurate, timely financial reports for the Board, department leaders, and operational teams. Facilitate monthly performance review meetings with operational and functional leadership. Create detailed financial models and pro forma analyses to support business cases (e.g., ROI evaluation of medical equipment purchases). Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across departments to promote alignment and collaboration. Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ensure transparent and timely communication of financial updates—both opportunities and risks. Maintain high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all financial activities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in corporate or operational finance. Healthcare industry experience is required. Skills & Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial statements: profit & loss, cash flow, balance sheets, and intercompany financial reporting. Strong knowledge of core finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and GAAP. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex or ambiguous situations and drive clarity in decision-making. High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with financial planning and forecasting software (e.g., Solver) is preferred.
