Manage and grow all ecommerce channels, including Amazon (alongside Chief of Staff), DTC, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, Target.com, Vistacost, Fresh Direct, Misfits, Faire / Airgoods, and Retail Media like Criteo, Instacart, and WFMOA. Strategize and implement best practices and growth tactics across every touchpoint in the customer journey. Some examples include performance marketing, affiliate, email retention marketing, direct mail, website design, user experience flow, subscriptions, and leading Shopify apps. Build best-in-class reporting tracking KPIs through the entire conversion funnel and across all channels (i.e. margin, LTV, retention, conversion rate). Collaborate Effectively with Key Partners…

Work with Marketing to develop creative strategy and assets that are category-leading and optimize for traffic and conversion. Partner with Operations to maintain accurate online sales forecasts, ensuring we stay in stock on all channels. Partner with Sales to utilize retail media and other ecommerce tools to drive in-store sales, especially in key accounts. Work with Leadership & Finance to ensure we have a financially sound e-commerce business across every channel. Foster strong, productive relationships with third-party partners to accelerate traction online and offline. Operate Outside the Playbook… Stay on top of emerging tools / technologies / trends, implementing key innovations with conviction where applicable. Effectively manage cross-functional projects from an ecommerce lens, stepping outside of regular responsibilities where necessary to achieve long-term goals for the ecommerce business unit // entire business as a whole. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of experience in high velocity organization serving in an ecommerce role or managing ecommerce responsibilities. Deep expert knowledge of ecommerce platforms, especially Shopify and Amazon Seller Central (knowledge of TikTok Shop is a plus). Highly analytical, data-driven decision maker with a strong skill set in Excel. Experience developing strategies and executing them with an ownership mindset. Willingness to help with big and small tasks that come up in the world of start-ups. Culture fit: no ego, team mentality; customer / product obsessed; solution-oriented problem solver / impact maker skilled at operating in ambiguity. The right candidate will be willing to “roll up their sleeves” and get the job done. Plus: Strong interest in bringing innovative plant-based snack options to consumers.
