What You'll Do:
Relate Search has partnered with a global enterprise software company to identify a seasoned digital marketing leader. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing global campaigns that drive demand generation, customer retention, and brand impact. The role is highly strategic and hands-on, leveraging a full-stack marketing toolkit to execute inbound and outbound initiatives across digital channels. The right candidate will shape how the organization engages its audiences across digital platforms, guiding performance-driven marketing programs that support measurable business growth.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive inbound and outbound digital marketing programs to support business growth and new customer acquisition. Optimize and manage corporate website properties to enhance digital presence and user experience. Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Create targeted digital campaigns that align with the buyer's journey and follow demand-generation best practices. Utilize a modern marketing technology stack to automate and scale personalized digital marketing programs. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in B2B inbound marketing, including lead generation, campaign execution, and performance measurement. Proven expertise in managing corporate website properties and digital marketing initiatives. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to extract insights from data and apply them strategically. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in digital marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, or Eloqua, and CRM systems like Salesforce.com. Hands-on experience with website CMS platforms including WordPress, Typo3, Shopware, or Shopify. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization strategies. Proficiency in paid media strategies, ABM, direct mail, email marketing, and landing page optimization. Experience developing and executing end-to-end marketing and communications plans, including thought leadership and demand generation. Direct experience with Hubspot, DemandBase, GA4, Salesforce.com, and Typo3 is a plus. Technical Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
