This crucial role is designed for a consultative leader with substantial cybersecurity expertise and a proven track record in business expansion. You will have the opportunity to mold our advisory services, lead a talented team, and broaden our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Drive the evolution of the Cyber Advisory practice to align with market demands and emerging cybersecurity threats. Strategize and implement a commercial plan aimed at increasing revenue and expanding the client base. Refine the service portfolio, adjusting offerings, pricing, and delivery methods to meet the unique needs of SpearTip's target customers. Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key clients, serving as a senior counselor on cybersecurity issues and gathering valuable customer insights. Ensure the delivery of high-quality advisory projects, maintaining a focus on both technical excellence and business relevance. Track and manage team performance using specific metrics. Work alongside sales, marketing, and product teams to effectively position our services and bolster go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with marketing to create impactful thought leadership content and publications. Represent SpearTip at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership discussions. Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture centered on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Forge synergies with leaders of other profit centers to create a unified and distinctive value proposition for SpearTip's clients. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience in Risk Engineering, or A High School Diploma or Equivalent with 10+ years of experience in Risk Engineering. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity consulting or advisory roles, particularly in a leadership capacity. Strong commercial understanding with a proven history of driving revenue growth. Comprehensive knowledge of cyber risk, governance, compliance, and emerging technologies. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex client projects. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are advantageous. A bachelor's degree accompanied by 15 years of relevant work experience.
