We are on the lookout for an ambitious and commercially savvy Director of Cyber Advisory Services to steer our advisory unit toward new heights. This position is perfect for a consultative expert with extensive cybersecurity knowledge and a proven record in business development. You will be pivotal in shaping our advisory services, guiding a talented team, and broadening our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Champion and enhance the Cyber Advisory practice by aligning our offerings with market needs and emerging threats. Craft and implement a commercial strategy to boost revenue and expand our client base. Refine the service portfolio by customizing services, pricing, and delivery based on the demands of SpearTip's target customers. Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor on cybersecurity issues while gathering and acting on customer feedback. Ensure the delivery of top-quality advisory engagements, marrying technical excellence with practical business applications. Drive team management and performance through effective metrics. Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to effectively position our offerings and support market initiatives. Collaborate with marketing to produce thought leadership content and publications. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, contributing to thought leadership. Mentor and develop your team members, cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and ongoing improvement. Collaborate with other leaders to create a cohesive and valuable proposition for SpearTip's clients. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Risk Engineering domain OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 10 or more years of experience in Risk Engineering. Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record in cybersecurity consulting or advisory, particularly in a leadership capacity. Robust commercial insight with a history of driving revenue growth. In-depth understanding of cyber risk, governance, compliance, and emerging technologies. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex client projects. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are advantageous.
