Basic Requirements Geographic requirement: Must be based near one of our campus locations (Scottsdale, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Palm Beach, NYC, or Austin) Work authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Experience: 5+ years working with families in educational settings, enrollment management, or community outreach Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities that inspire trust and action Leadership: Demonstrated success in guiding families through complex decision-making processes Vision alignment: Strong conviction in Alpha\'s innovative, results-driven educational approach About Alpha Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that harnesses AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
