Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Sales Growth: Proactively identify and engage with small to midsize business prospects, leveraging market insights and industry networks to uncover opportunities and drive new deal acquisition. Meet aggressive sales growth targets through reliable pipeline management and accurate forecasting. Employ a consultative solution-selling approach to address complex client challenges, driving mutually beneficial business outcomes. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers within client organizations, including C-level executives, to secure new business and maximize the value delivered by CSV Now's services. Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers, organizational imperatives, and customer experience challenges. Sales Execution: Support all stages of the sales process, maintaining sales control and guiding internal teams to collaborate and develop innovative solutions. Ensure smooth transition of client wins into implementation and operations, acting as a steward for good business and nurturing the client relationship through flawless execution. Market & Product Understanding: Possess an in-depth understanding of CSV Now's services and differentiation in the marketplace. Maintain competitive knowledge and focus, continuously growing and developing professionally. Reporting and Communication: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system. Deliver effective proposals and presentations to decision-makers, articulating CSV Now's value proposition. Qualifications: Minimum five (5) years of experience leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high-growth companies, with a focus on BPO solutions. Proven ability to initiate, develop, and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations, influencing purchase and buying decisions. Experience selling complex hybrid CX solutions in the outsourcing marketplace. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for revolutionary technological solutions. Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success. Excellent team and relationship building, sales, customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in sales KPIs / conversion metrics and the use of CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a results-driven approach and a commitment to exceeding metrics.
