Director of Business Development Responsibilities:
Develop and execute winning sales strategies to achieve and exceed growth targets.
Maintain a  3-year prospecting pipeline  by leveraging CRM tools to track viable leads.
Analyze  RFPs/RFIs  to ensure financial feasibility and business alignment.
Craft compelling  proposals and presentations  for prospective clients.
Conduct in-depth research to refine and enhance the sales process.
Attend client meetings, build strong relationships, and drive long-term partnerships. Director of Business Development Requirements:
5+ years of consultative sales experience , with at least  3 years in contract food service for Higher Education institutions .
A passion for  people-first customer service  and relationship management.
Strong  financial acumen , including experience developing proformas and analyzing RFPs/RFIs.
A  proven track record of exceeding sales targets  and driving revenue growth.
Self-motivated,  creative problem-solver  with excellent communication skills. Director of Business Development Benefits:
