Our client is seeking a skilled professional to oversee their expansive portfolio of leased locations nationwide. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for real estate and a knack for negotiation. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving leasing strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for new and existing leases. Strategic Leasing: Develop and execute leasing strategies to reduce costs and enhance value. Lead negotiations for new and renewal leases, and manage lease administration to maintain strong landlord relationships. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team, including a lease administrator and CAD manager. Collaborate with external brokers and internal stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators and foster a results-driven culture. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with landlords. Act as the primary negotiator for select leases, coordinating with various departments throughout the leasing process. Market Intelligence: Leverage technological tools to gain insights and track trends. Prepare detailed reports and analyses for senior management, recommending strategies for portfolio optimization. Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with 3-5 years in a leadership role. Bachelor's degree required. Expertise in lease negotiations and a strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals. Proficiency in real estate software and experience with AI tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Travel Requirements: Regular travel to properties and occasional travel for industry events, estimated at 25-40%.
