Description As the FX Sales Producer , you are the central contact for Foreign Exchange solutions to clients and a thought leader in the business. You will manage the delivery and maintenance of Citizens’ Foreign Exchange risk management products through referrals from/to Relationship Managers and act as a trusted advisor to our clients' executive teams. Your role involves relationship building, idea generation, strategic discussions, risk management, credit structuring, and industry/global financial market observations. You will also develop, mentor, and coach junior Sales Producers and influence sales strategy and business direction. Primary responsibilities include Manage a portfolio of relationships, driving new client acquisition, generating revenue, and raising market awareness for Citizens. Understand clients' risk management strategies related to payments and risk, providing market updates and appropriate ideas to manage risk. Coordinate with sales support staff to ensure seamless client coverage, training junior team members, and delegating tasks as needed. Engage with industry associations and local centers of influence to identify prospects and promote Citizens' capabilities. Discuss and resolve risk-related issues with clients, developing strategies to mitigate risks and prevent losses. Exhibit negotiation skills, develop structured products/solutions, review legal and credit documentation, and demonstrate expertise in large exposure and complex risk management. Qualifications, Education, Certifications, and/or Other Professional Credentials Strong understanding of all FX products, including spot, forward, options, cross-currency swaps, and foreign currency accounts. Expertise in credit and cash management/treasury. Minimum 10+ years of successful FX sales experience across various industries. Ability to lead and mentor junior talent. Proven ability to influence, build, and retain a client base.
