Position Summary
The FP&A and Strategy Director will be a key thought leader, playing a crucial role in strategic decision-making. The role requires blending quantitative analysis with cross-functional collaboration and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Develop and maintain financial models supporting supply chain and operational strategies.
Lead analysis of margin and supply chain performance, including COGS, pricing, inventory, logistics, and working capital.
Define and monitor KPIs for resource allocation and reporting improvements.
Enhance processes for decision-making and automate reporting for timely insights.
Support investor relations through financial modeling and presentations.
Strategy
Identify growth opportunities and analyze their financial impact.
Evaluate investments, develop ROI frameworks, and support strategic decisions.
Analyze trends and provide insights to leadership.
Prepare executive presentations for the Board, leadership, and investors.
Qualifications
6-9 years in analytical/strategic roles (investment banking, consulting, high-growth startups preferred)
Knowledge of supply chain finance and subscription e-commerce preferred
Ability to simplify complex data and recommendations
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
Excellent data analysis and presentation skills
Comfort working independently and in dynamic environments
Enthusiasm for new challenges and learning

The anticipated base salary is $175,000–$190,000 plus discretionary bonus and equity. The role is hybrid, based in Williamsburg, with three days in the office weekly.
