Overview Join to apply for the Director, Digital Operations & Pipeline Enablement Lead role at CSL . The role is in King of Prussia, PA. This is a hybrid position with onsite work three days a week. You will report to the R&D Digital Strategy & Delivery Lead. CSL is transforming its R&D organization to accelerate innovation and create greater impact for patients, building an agile team that develops therapies to address unmet needs. Purpose of the role: establish and maintain global standards, policies, and governance for pharmacovigilance (PV) data and processes; drive the digital transformation of R&D operations; and enable seamless integration of digital solutions into R&D pipelines to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead the digital transformation of R&D operations by developing digital solutions that improve processes and enhance productivity across the R&D pipeline Collaborate with R&D, IT, and data science teams to integrate digital tools, platforms, and automation into the R&D pipeline Improve digital workflows to ensure data-driven decision-making and enhanced pipeline performance Develop and implement a framework for pipeline enablement, optimizing data flow, insights, and deliverables across clinical, regulatory, research, and safety teams Oversee the evaluation and implementation of new digital technologies to accelerate R&D processes, collaboration, and speed to market Define and measure goals for pipeline performance and operational efficiency Establish governance processes for digital tools and systems to ensure regulatory and internal compliance Collaborate with the Digital Strategy & Delivery Lead to align digital operations with the broader R&D digital strategy Provide training and support to R&D teams on digital tools and workflows to ensure successful adoption Qualifications Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 12+ years of experience in R&D operations, digital transformation, or digital enablement within life sciences or scientific research Experience with digital tools, platforms, and automation technologies used in R&D (e.g., cloud solutions, AI/ML, data integration platforms) Experience managing digital workflows, pipeline optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support digital transformation Excellent project management skills; ability to manage digital plans from conception to implementation Experience with digital governance, compliance, and process improvement in regulated environments Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Paid time off About CSL Behring CSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader focused on serving patients’ needs by using the latest technologies to discover, develop and deliver innovative therapies for immunology, hematology, cardiovascular and metabolic, respiratory, and transplant conditions.
