Director, Digital Operations & Pipeline Enablement Lead role located in King of Prussia, PA. Hybrid position; onsite three days a week. Reports to the R&D Digital Strategy & Delivery Lead. You will establish and maintain global standards, policies, and governance frameworks for pharmacovigilance (PV) data and processes. You will create the digital transformation of R&D operations and enable seamless integration of digital solutions into R&D pipelines. You will focus on optimizing digital workflows, improving operational efficiencies, and ensuring that digital tools help build R&D strategies across the organization. The Role Lead the digital transformation of R&D operations by developing digital solutions that improve processes and enhance productivity across the R&D pipeline Collaborate with teams, including R&D, IT, and data science, to enable the seamless integration of digital tools, platforms, and automation into the R&D pipeline Improve the use of digital workflows, ensuring that R&D teams have access to tools that support data-driven decision-making and enhance overall pipeline performance Develop and implement a framework for pipeline enablement, optimizing the flow of data, insights, and deliverables across R&D teams (e.g., clinical, regulatory, research, safety) Oversee the evaluation and implementation of new digital technologies that can accelerate R&D processes, improve collaboration, and increase speed to market Define and measure goals for pipeline performance and operational efficiency Establish governance processes for digital tools and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards Collaborate with the Digital Strategy & Delivery Lead to align digital operations with the broader R&D digital strategy and organizational goals Provide training and support to R&D teams on digital tools, platforms, and new digital workflows to ensure successful adoption and usage Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 12+ years of experience in R&D operations, digital transformation, or digital enablement within the life sciences or scientific research industry Experience with digital tools, platforms, and automation technologies that support R&D operations (e.g., cloud solutions, AI/ML, data integration platforms) Experience managing digital workflows, pipeline optimization, and collaboration to help digital transformation Excellent project management skills, digital plans from conception to implementation Experience with digital governance, compliance, and process improvement plans in a regulated environment Benefits Medical, Dental Vision 401K Paid time Off Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid onsite three days a week).
