Director of Commercial Marketing for a successful surgical robotics company in the Bay Area.

Looking for a strategic, dynamic marketing leader to build and scale our Commercial Marketing function. This role is central to shaping our go-to-market strategy, driving adoption of Aquablation therapy, and leading a high-impact team that delivers measurable results across surgeons, practices, hospitals, and health systems.

What you’ll do:

• Build audience-centric strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy
• Partner with Sales, Market Access, and Communications to align commercial strategy, messaging, and tools
• Lead program launch excellence, ensuring integrates seamlessly into hospitals and practices
• Scale clinical marketing through KOL engagement, professional society partnerships, and best-in-class content
• Coach and develop a team of expert marketers while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth

What we’re looking for:

• 12+ years of marketing experience (medical device ) with proven impact in commercial strategy
• Strong leadership track record in building and developing high-performing teams
• Data-driven, customer-first mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and influence adoption
• Experience engaging with hospital executives, administrators, and decision-makers
