Job Overview Director of Commercial Marketing for a successful surgical robotics company in the Bay Area. Looking for a strategic, dynamic marketing leader to build and scale our Commercial Marketing function. This role is central to shaping our go-to-market strategy, driving adoption of Aquablation therapy , and leading a high-impact team that delivers measurable results across surgeons, practices, hospitals, and health systems. Responsibilities What you’ll do: Build audience-centric strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy Partner with Sales, Market Access, and Communications to align commercial strategy, messaging, and tools Lead program launch excellence, ensuring integrates seamlessly into hospitals and practices Scale clinical marketing through KOL engagement, professional society partnerships, and best-in-class content Coach and develop a team of expert marketers while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth Requirements What we’re looking for: 12+ years of marketing experience (medical device preferred) with proven impact in commercial strategy Strong leadership track record in building and developing high-performing teams Data-driven, customer-first mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and influence adoption Experience engaging with hospital executives, administrators, and decision-makers Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $220,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus and RSUs Medical insurance, Vision insurance
