What You'll Do: Lead and Manage: Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including staffing, patient flow, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Drive Performance: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction. Financial Oversight: Manage the clinic's budget, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the clinic's strategic plan, aligning with overall VMFH objectives. Team Development: Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals. Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with physicians, staff, patients, and other stakeholders. Project Management: Lead and manage new projects and programs to enhance clinic services and capabilities. Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and professional standards.

Qualifications What You'll Bring: Experience: At least seven (7) years of progressive experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of clinic operations and healthcare administration. This experience must include at least five (5) years in a leadership or management role, with proven success in leading and developing teams. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a closely related field is required. A Master's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred and may substitute for some years of required experience. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of healthcare finance and budget management. Operational Expertise: Deep knowledge of clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and revenue cycle management. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
