Saint Luke's Health System is seeking an experienced leader for the Director of Cardiovascular Surgical Services position. This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and managing the administrative and operational activities of the CV Perioperative Services, CV Operating Rooms, CV Anesthesia, and Preoperative Clinic. The director will drive quality and resource management to ensure adherence to current standards of practice and care. Collaboration with physicians and other departments is essential to achieve optimal patient outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The director will also work with Physician, Medical, and Surgical Directors to develop and implement strategic and business plans for these services. Qualifications: Experience at a Director level or higher Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required) MO State Registered Nurse License (required) Basic Life Support Certification (required) Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing or a related field Minimum of 5 years of CVOR management experience Experience with a busy open-heart program Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is a leading faith-based hospital offering specialized programs and services.
