Director Cardiovascular Surgical Services Join us as a Director of Cardiovascular Surgical Services at Saint Luke's Health System . This leadership role involves planning, organizing, directing, and managing the administrative and operational activities of the CV Perioperative Services, CV Operating Rooms, CV Anesthesia, and Preoperative Clinic. The position emphasizes driving quality and resource management to ensure adherence to current standards of practice and care. The Director collaborates with physicians and other departments to achieve optimal patient outcomes and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the Director, together with Physician, Medical, and Surgical Directors, will develop and implement strategic and business plans for these services. Qualifications Experience at a Director level or higher Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required) MO State Registered Nurse License (required) Basic Life Support Certification (required) Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field Minimum of 5 years of CVOR management experience Experience with a busy open-heart program About Saint Luke’s Hospital One of the largest faith-based care hospitals in the region, recognized by U.S. News & World Report, with multiple designations including Magnet, Level 1 Trauma Center, and certifications as a Comprehensive Cardiac and Stroke Center.
