Digital Experience Product Director (Primarily Office)

Reporting to the AVP of Digital Marketing, the Digital Product Director will lead the strategic vision and execution of customer-centric and business performance experiences across American Family's digital channels. This role involves overseeing the development and management of digital products to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. The director will manage and mentor a team of digital product managers and product owners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with organizational goals.

Compensation varies based on job level and geographic location. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital product strategy focusing on customer experience and performance.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define the product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment promoting trust, transparency, and inclusion. Set clear goals, provide feedback, conduct performance assessments, and support ongoing development.
Manage internal and external relationships to ensure successful initiative delivery.
Prioritize digital initiatives, partnering with steering committees and technology teams on execution.
Improve usability, design, content, and conversion rates of digital products.
Conduct market analysis and leverage customer insights to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Develop and distribute analytics reports including customer feedback and KPI metrics; analyze data and recommend enhancements to leadership.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Leadership experience in digital product management with a focus on customer-centric design and business performance.
Proven leadership skills managing teams.
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills for effective collaboration.
Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and optimization.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
Knowledge of customer-facing technologies in property and casualty insurance systems and processes.
Additional Information
Work primarily onsite in Madison, WI, spending at least 80% of time in the office.
Offer contingent on background checks and signing a non-disclosure agreement.

Travel up to 10% is required.
