Digital Experience Product Director (Primarily Office)

Reporting to the AVP of Digital Marketing, the Digital Product Director will lead the strategic vision and execution of customer-centric and business performance experiences across American Family's digital channels. Responsibilities include overseeing digital product development, managing a team of digital product managers and owners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with organizational goals.

Position Compensation Range: $147,000 - $250,000 Pay Rate Type: Salary Compensation may vary based on job level and geographic location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities Develop and implement a digital product strategy prioritizing customer experience and performance. Collaborate with senior leadership to define product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals. Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment promoting trust, transparency, and inclusion. Set goals, provide feedback, and support team development. Manage internal and external relationships to ensure successful initiative delivery. Prioritize digital initiatives and partner with steering committees and tech teams on execution. Enhance usability, design, content, and conversion of digital products. Conduct market analysis and leverage customer insights to identify improvement opportunities. Develop and distribute analytics reports, including customer feedback and KPI metrics, and recommend enhancements based on data. Knowledge & Skills Requirements Leadership experience in digital product management with a focus on customer-centric design and business performance. Proven team management skills. Strong strategic thinking and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making and product optimization. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools. Knowledge of customer-facing technologies in property and casualty insurance systems. Additional Information Work primarily based in Madison, WI, with at least 80% of time onsite. Offer contingent on background checks and signing a non-disclosure agreement.
