HSI operates 11 health centers, 4 school-based health centers, 2 medical mobile units, 1 dental mobile unit, and 2 wellness centers in a 6 county service area.

HSI provides adult and pediatric dental services through 3 HSI health center locations in Montgomery and Lowndes Counties. The mobile dental unit provides services throughout all service areas.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Dental Director located in Montgomery, AL. The Dental Director will be responsible for overseeing dental services managing the dental team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dental care. The Dental Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve dental care services.

Qualifications Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree (DDM) Dental Care, Dentistry, and Endodontics skills Experience in training and managing a dental team Ability to develop and implement strategic plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in working in a community health setting is a plus
