Customer Service Associate Job in Carlsbad, CA

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading insurance services company in Carlsbad to expand their customer support team! The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer service and be eager to learn and grow their professional career. The pay range is $20 to 22 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers and clients, and field calls directed to executives
• Gather information to verify customer accounts
• Update necessary information such as address changes and contact details
• Assess customers' needs and ensure they are transferred to the appropriate department
• Process credit card payments
• Create new customer accounts and forward information to sales agents
• Assist customers with questions regarding insurance certificates
• Perform other customer service and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• At least one year of over the phone customer service experience
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• High level of attention to detail

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
