What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Develop an understanding of the employer's strategic objectives and market landscape to identify acquisition opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end M&A process, including screening, diligence, negotiation, closing, and integration
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential disruptions
• Structure and negotiate deal terms, including valuation and legal agreements
• Mentor and support junior team members in the corporate development group

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Investment Banking
• Proven track record of leading and executing M&A transactions
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field
• Familiarity with private capital, legal, investment banking, and/or accounting & consulting markets
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
