Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking to hire Compensation professionals at all levels who have strong Workday knowledge.
Duties And Responsibilities Analyzing compensation policies and practices to ensure they support the business unit’s goals, providing recommendations for enhancements to compensation programs as appropriate
Collaborating with partners in HR and at times, in the business, to develop solutions that meet the compensation needs of the business.
Adapting existing analytical methods to evaluate compensation structures and their market alignment. Lead benchmarking processes
Identifying ways to elevate compensation reporting and analytics to drive efficiency and deliver valuable insights to the business.
Leading compensation-related projects with a strategic focus on business objectives. In particular, leading the year end compensation process from an execution focus.
Training colleagues on the use of compensation tools and systems to enhance departmental capabilities. Providing technical expertise in compensation to support the broader HR initiatives. The SR Group (US), Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
