The Cloud Security Center of Excellence within Fidelity Enterprise Cyber Security (ECS) is on the lookout for a dynamic security engineer specializing in cloud or data platforms. This position invites talented individuals who possess extensive security domain knowledge, covering vital aspects such as platform access models, logical perimeter, encryption, compliance, threat modeling, and risk mitigation. Join our team to provide cutting-edge security consultation within various cloud service providers (CSPs) and Fidelity hosted platforms. Your expertise in securing cloud workloads and managing the security posture of extensively scaled environments in a DevOps model is highly valued. The Expertise You Bring: 5+ years of hands-on experience in securing infrastructures, platforms, and ensuring compliance.
Demonstrated consultancy experience in a security domain.
Knowledgeably advocate security best practices across all levels of the organization.
Deep understanding of cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, etc.
Expertise in securing data platforms such as Kafka, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.
Experience with multi-tenant platform or service delivery.
Familiarity with continuous compliance and auditing methodologies.
Proficient in scripting automation or software development using Python, PowerShell, NodeJS, etc.
Experience in implementing infrastructure-as-code concepts and technologies.
Exposure to securing Artificial Intelligence is an added bonus.

The Team: Fidelity Enterprise Cyber Security (ECS) is dedicated to protecting the firm while empowering teams to innovate and accelerate development processes. Our approach leverages modern computing paradigms, cloud computing, and open-source software to revolutionize development and reduce costs. We combine Architecture, Infrastructure, Development Tools, Security, Operations, and Program functions to create and maintain an internal and external cloud infrastructure and platform offerings to support application teams. Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles. Please note that Fidelity's operations are governed by various securities regulations, and certain criminal histories may restrict hiring and association with individuals.
