Key Responsibilities Oversee delivery of high‑quality ABA services, including FBA/BIP development, supervision of BCBAs and RBTs, and regular data‑driven clinical review. Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs, clinical supervisors, and direct‑services staff. Design and facilitate staff training, continuing education, and professional development. Lead clinical team meetings, case reviews, and maintain clinical documentation standards. Monitor clinical KPIs, billable hours, outcomes, and quality assurance practices. Collaborate with operations to support strategic growth, staffing, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with BACB ethical code, state licensure, and payer documentation requirements. Engage with families, schools, and stakeholders to facilitate client progress and satisfaction. Participate in hiring, interviewing, performance evaluations, and staff onboarding.
Qualifications Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Active BCBA certification. Minimum 5+ years of BCBA experience including supervision of staff. Prior leadership or clinical director experience. Strong analytical, data‑driven, and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
