Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high‑quality ABA services, including FBA/BIP development, supervision of BCBAs and RBTs, and regular data‑driven clinical review.
• Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs, clinical supervisors, and direct‑services staff.
• Design and facilitate staff training, continuing education, and professional development.
• Lead clinical team meetings, case reviews, and maintain clinical documentation standards.
• Monitor clinical KPIs, billable hours, outcomes, and quality assurance practices.
• Collaborate with operations to support strategic growth, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical code, state licensure, and payer documentation requirements.
• Engage with families, schools, and stakeholders to facilitate client progress and satisfaction.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, performance evaluations, and staff onboarding.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Minimum 5+ years of BCBA experience including supervision of staff.
• Prior leadership or clinical director experience.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
