Join our team as Clinical Director, where you'll shape clinical operations and mentor a passionate team dedicated to serving children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of high‑quality ABA services, including FBA/BIP development, supervision of BCBAs and RBTs, and regular data‑driven clinical review.
- Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs, clinical supervisors, and direct‑services staff.
- Design and facilitate staff training, continuing education, and professional development.
- Lead clinical team meetings, case reviews, and maintain clinical documentation standards.
- Monitor clinical KPIs, billable hours, outcomes, and quality assurance practices.
- Collaborate with operations to support strategic growth, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical code, state licensure, and payer documentation requirements.
- Engage with families, schools, and stakeholders to facilitate client progress and satisfaction.
- Participate in hiring, interviewing, performance evaluations, and staff onboarding.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Minimum 5+ years of BCBA experience including supervision of staff.
- Prior leadership or clinical director experience.
- Strong analytical, data‑driven, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
