Our Durham clinic is expanding, and we’re seeking an experienced, inspiring Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our growing team and champion a culture of clinical excellence and compassion.
About the Role
As Clinical Director , you’ll play a vital leadership role overseeing clinical operations, guiding BCBAs and RBTs, and ensuring every child receives individualized, ethical, and effective care. This position combines hands-on clinical expertise with people leadership and strategic vision.
What You’ll Do
Oversee all clinical operations for the Durham clinic .
Develop, review, and refine individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans.
Provide supervision, mentorship, and hands-on training to BCBAs and RBTs.
Review and analyze client progress data to inform treatment adjustments.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and caregivers.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, HIPAA , and AutismCOE clinical policies.
Partner with operations leadership to optimize clinic efficiency and growth.
What You’ll Bring
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
Active or eligible North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of ABA experience , including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to lead with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
