Our Durham clinic is expanding, and we’re seeking an experienced, inspiring Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our growing team and champion a culture of clinical excellence and compassion.
About the Role
As Clinical Director, you’ll play a vital leadership role overseeing clinical operations, guiding BCBAs and RBTs, and ensuring every child receives individualized, ethical, and effective care. This position combines hands-on clinical expertise with people leadership and strategic vision.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all clinical operations for the Durham clinic.
- Develop, review, and refine individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and hands-on training to BCBAs and RBTs.
- Review and analyze client progress data to inform treatment adjustments.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, HIPAA, and AutismCOE clinical policies.
- Partner with operations leadership to optimize clinic efficiency and growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
- Active or eligible North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of ABA experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
