Summary: Our childcare program offers multiple on-site locations throughout the Tri County main campus. The experience with our school age program is engaging, rewarding and collaborative. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, casual work attire, and a safe work environment.

Qualifications : Must meet the MiLEAP Licensing Rules for school-age program director ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned. Available to the site supervisors during all hours of operation TC Childcare Program is all year round 2 sessions per week Monitoring day to day operations Address parent/staff/state/ admin issues - ie: phone calls, emails, quick conferences All state paperwork required for licensing and licensing handbooks Billing to the State of Michigan as needed Developing, implementing and evaluating center policies and program Create and distribute handbooks making necessary changes as needed Finding substitute childcare workers in emergencies Relaying fog/snow delays and closures to workers Ordering supplies, equipment and snacks as needed Ensure all staff are qualified & receive professional development per state guidelines Hire all new employees Gather and turn in bi-weekly time sheets
