Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison between WNC and strategic customers, managing all aspects of the relationship from roadmap alignment to day-to-day execution. Build and maintain executive-level relationships to drive business expansion and long-term partnership success. Understand customer product maps and identify opportunities to expand WNC’s product portfolio and market share. Lead strategic planning and execution for switching, wireless networking, router, SD-WAN, and 4G/5G product lines, including software revenue and margin growth. Manage up to $M in revenue and drive gross margin optimization. Develop and execute account plans, including performance objectives, financial targets, and pipeline generation. Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, sourcing, marketing, product development, and operations to ensure consistent messaging and execution. Lead and participate in executive meetings, prepare strategy briefs, and organize quarterly business reviews. Analyze customer forecasts, validate with internal teams, and ensure supply chain continuity. Identify and develop new business opportunities across SMB, consumer networking, cloud, security, and health tech sectors. Understand and manage RFQ, RFP, and quotation processes in collaboration with product management. Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 10+ years of professional experience in business development, account management, or product strategy Strong understanding of wireless networking products and networking ecosystems, and experience in ODM industry Proven track record in customer interfacing and business management Proactive self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Executive presence with excellent presentation and relationship management skills Team-player mentality with strong work ethic and multitasking ability Bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred)
