Sourcing and qualifying opportunities with companies currently not served by the firm.
Executing the sales plan and process, including coordination of all necessary internal and external resources to secure the business.
Networking with contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups, and Centers of Influence.
Building and maintaining strong sales pipelines and forecasts related to industry and line of business opportunities.
Collaborating with professional staff to address marketplace needs.
Working with industry team leaders to identify and target key companies.
Supporting Partners, Principals, Directors, and Senior Managers in cross-selling services.
Developing go-to-market plans with marketing resources.
Providing feedback to management on market opportunities.
Preparing and facilitating presentations and proposals.
Closing sales and finalizing client agreements.
Leading cross-functional teams to pursue market opportunities.
Leveraging industry and technical resources for new opportunities.
Collaborating across RSM to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of successful experience in selling professional services to middle-market corporations.
Experience working across various industries and leading complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
Established network of Centers of Influence, including banking, legal, and professional services contacts.
Proficiency in proposal and Statement of Work creation, CRM tools, and social media for networking.
Strong negotiation, influence, and business acumen skills.
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experience with large regional or national professional service firms.
Active involvement in industry associations and community activities.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented sales environment.
Existing C-level contacts within target industries.

Our salary range for this role is $100,000 - $300,000, based on experience and qualifications. Selected candidates are eligible for discretionary bonuses based on performance.
