We’re looking for a visionary Brand Marketing Director to help define the next chapter of Ironclad’s growth. In this role, you’ll own strategy, storytelling, and creative content that drives perception, awareness, and customer affinity.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with VP Brand Marketing to evolve Ironclad’s global brand strategy, architecture, brand voice and messaging
  • Monitor and manage brand awareness and perception
  • Partner cross-functionally to align brand strategy with product roadmap & business goals
  • Own corporate-level audience and market insights

Creative Content Leadership & Social Media Excellence

  • Create perception-shifting content that goes beyond traditional campaigns, including video, written content, social media, podcasts, and emerging formats that capture attention and drive engagement
  • Lead our social media team & strategy across platforms, with particular focus on engaging, standout creative that drives conversations

Cross-Functional Brand Activation

  • Partner with communications to drive executive thought leadership and earned media coverage.
  • Collaborate with growth marketing and PMM to infuse brand storytelling into product launches, events, campaigns, and pipeline-driving initiatives.
  • Work with recruiting and HR to strengthen Ironclad’s talent brand - ensuring consistency across candidate touchpoints and reinforcing Ironclad’s AI leadership.
  • Champion customer storytelling that highlights impact and builds trust with enterprise audiences.

Requirements

  • Exceptional Writing Skills: You're a master wordsmith who can craft everything from snappy social media posts to in-depth thought leadership articles that captivate and inform
  • Powerful Storytelling: Strong creative instincts for content, with the ability to brief and collaborate with designers, videographers, and creative teams to produce breakthrough work
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across departments without direct authority, building brand champions throughout the organization
  • Innovation Mindset: Natural experimenter who stays curious about new platforms, technologies, and creative approaches
  • Results-Driven: Ability to balance creative vision with measurable business outcomes, using data to inform and optimize brand strategies

Base Salary Range: $220,000.00 - $260,000.00
