As CADAR embarks on its next phase of growth, we are seeking a Boutique Director to play a pivotal role in building brand awareness and cultivating lasting client relationships. With the launch of our first flagship boutique in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District slated for Fall 2025, this position will be instrumental in bringing our brand vision to life. The Boutique Director will lead day-to-day store operations while delivering a best-in-class luxury retail experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, committed to operational excellence, and deeply attuned to the world of luxury retail.
Role Description
The Boutique Director will lead CADAR’s flagship in Manhattan, delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience while driving team development and sales performance. This role ensures operational excellence and upholds the brand’s high standards of client service. Responsible for identifying business opportunities, achieving sales goals, and managing boutique operations and budgets, the ideal candidate thrives on the sales floor and brings a passion for people, leadership, and luxury. They will inspire the team to build lasting client relationships that reflect CADAR’s legacy. Experience in a client-focused, high-end retail environment is essential, along with the ability to adapt within a growing, early-stage brand while embodying the values of a modern luxury house.
Qualifications
Experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 7+ years in luxury retail management Proven success in driving sales and leading high-performing teams Experience opening and/or managing flagship boutiques Skills Strong business and financial acumen Exceptional client relationship and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems Excellent communication and presentation abilities Personal Attributes Passion for luxury retail and client service Professional, ethical, and detail-oriented Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
