As CADAR enters its next phase of growth, we’re seeking an Assistant Boutique Director to help build brand awareness and deepen client relationships.
With the opening of our first flagship boutique in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District in Fall 2025, this role will be key in bringing the brand vision to life, leading store operations, and delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.

Role Description
The Assistant Boutique Director at CADAR Fine Jewelry supports daily boutique operations, drives sales, and ensures an exceptional client experience. This role works closely with leadership to implement business strategies, manage inventory, and uphold operational standards. Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, supporting CRM and marketing initiatives, and assisting in team training and performance management. The Assistant Boutique Director also ensures the boutique maintains CADAR’s high visual and brand standards.
Qualifications
Ability to work weekend, holidays, other flexible hours as needed
Leadership skills, team management, and operational experience
Customer service expertise and excellent interpersonal skills
Inventory management and organizational skills
Sales and marketing knowledge, with experience in driving business growth
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in the luxury retail or fine jewelry industry is a plus
Minimum 7 years of luxury retail management experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field preferred
