What you will enjoy doing

Responsible for managing an experienced and high-performing team of JDEdwards Business Analysts supporting Finance (Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit & Collections, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable) and Procurement processes for Merchant and On-site, Package and Medigas businesses in USA and Canada.

Pivotal in driving operational excellence, standardization, and innovation through the strategic use of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.

Configure and support JDEdwards software for Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit and Collections by identifying and implementing process automation, data‑driven decision‑making tools, and system optimizations to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to introduce innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency, and leverage data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Oversee the development and implementation of new JDE solutions for the Account Receivables, Cash Application, Credit and Collections area; the new functional and technical processes must support business requirements while supporting standardization and repeatable best practices.

What Makes You Great

Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, plus 10+ years of experience with JDEdwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.

Deep functional expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement to deliver scalable, efficient, and future‑ready JDE solutions.

Extensive functional knowledge of JDEdwards software is required, prior experience implementing the following modules: Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit and Collections and General Ledger.

Technical knowledge of JDEdwards software and functional knowledge of Procurement, Accounts Payable is desirable.

Proven experience leading ERP teams and delivering complex, cross‑functional projects.

Data analysis and SQL language knowledge.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
