Associate Director JDE Finance & Procure-to-Pay Join Linde as an Associate Director responsible for managing an experienced team of JD Edwards Business Analysts supporting Finance and Procurement processes across USA and Canada.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of JDE Business Analysts for Finance (Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit & Collections, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable) and Procurement for Merchant, On‑site, Package and Medigas businesses.

Drive operational excellence, standardization and innovation through strategic use of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.

Configure and support JDE software for Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit and Collections by implementing process automation, data‑driven decision tools and system optimizations to improve productivity.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to introduce innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency, leveraging data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Oversee development and implementation of new JDE solutions for Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit and Collections; ensure functional and technical processes support business requirements while supporting standardization and repeatable best practices.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field, plus 10+ years of experience with JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2.

Deep functional expertise, strong leadership and passion for continuous improvement to deliver scalable, efficient, future‑ready JDE solutions.

Extensive functional knowledge of JDE modules: Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit & Collections and General Ledger.

Functional knowledge of Procurement, Accounts Payable and technical knowledge of JDE desired.

Proven experience leading ERP teams and delivering complex, cross‑functional projects.

Data analysis and SQL knowledge.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
