In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered surgical nursing care across their 300-bed hospital organization, which includes multiple facilities within the greater Boston, MA area.

Your Impact:

Collaborate with the CNO in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating surgical nursing practices at the unit level.
Assume 24/7 responsibility for assigned surgical services areas, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient experiences within a 300-bed setting.
Champion high standards of surgical nursing care, staff competency within surgical services, and efficient resource management.
Serve as a role model and advocate for the surgical nursing profession.

What You'll Bring:

Active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
A minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience within a hospital surgical environment (manager or full-time charge nurse/related).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven leadership abilities and a strong understanding of hospital surgical operations.
An academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's preferred).
