* Empower the Team: Interview, hire, and mentor nursing staff to help them reach their full potential. * Clinical Oversight: Assist the DON in managing daily nursing operations and supervising care delivery. * Infection Prevention: Act as the community's subject matter expert on safety and infection control. * Leadership in Action: Step into the Acting DON role when needed, using your independent judgment to drive success.

* An active Michigan Nursing License (RN) . * A passion for geriatric or long-term care nursing. * The ability to lead with empathy, communication, and collaborative spirit.
