What You'll Do:
  • Empower the Team: Interview, hire, and mentor nursing staff to help them reach their full potential.
  • Clinical Oversight: Assist the DON in managing daily nursing operations and supervising care delivery.
  • Infection Prevention: Act as the community's subject matter expert on safety and infection control.
  • Leadership in Action: Step into the Acting DON role when needed, using your independent judgment to drive success.

What You'll Need:
  • An active Michigan Nursing License (RN).
  • A passion for geriatric or long-term care nursing.
  • The ability to lead with empathy, communication, and collaborative spirit.
