We are seeking an energetic candidate with experience in OPWDD Services and a working knowledge of OPW, Justice Center, OMIG, Incident Management rules and regulations related to the ID/DD field. The role involves oversight of ICFs, IRAs, Day Habs, Community Habs, Self Direction, Supportive Employment, and Apartment Programs. Familiarity with these abbreviations, regulations, and services is required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and at least 3 years of progressive management experience in these supports are necessary. The responsibilities include: Oversight of Incident Management, Corporate Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Supervisory responsibilities. Conducting internal audits and monitoring programs for compliance. Leading the Incident Review Committee, including reporting, monitoring, and documentation. Administrator On-Call responsibilities under Justice Center AOC regulations. Conducting investigations, determining facts, and implementing corrective actions. Ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and follow-up on incidents, surveys, and investigations. Saratoga Bridges is an inclusive employer with a collaborative environment.
