We are seeking an energetic candidate with experience in OPWDD Services and a working knowledge of OPW, Justice Center, OMIG, and Incident Management rules and regulations related to the ID/DD field. Familiarity with ICFs, IRAs, Day Habs, Community Habs, Self Direction, Supportive Employment, and Apartment Programs is essential, including understanding their regulations and services. A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and at least 3 years of progressive management experience in supporting these services within the ID/DD field are required. The role includes responsibilities such as: Oversight of Incident Management, Corporate Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Supervisory duties Conducting internal audits and monitoring programs for compliance Leading the Incident Review Committee, reporting, and documentation Administrator On-Call responsibilities under Justice Center AOC regulations Investigating incidents thoroughly and implementing corrective actions Ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and follow-up on investigations and compliance activities Saratoga Bridges promotes an inclusive workplace with excellent benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
