Additional Position Information Benefits of Employment (Applies to full-time, non-police employees only) Job Duties Duties & Responsibilities Ticket Operations Responsible for the creation of products sold through Pacialon, which includes but is not limited to season tickets, single-game tickets, event registrations, memberships, donations, multi-product packages, and specialty items. Create and maintain event/product creation and event/product testing manuals for all events, products, and memberships assigned to this position. Responsible for fulfillment and allocation of tickets to home and away contests. Monitors ticketing policies and procedures Supervises and manages all daily operations of ticket office including ticket sales, parking passes, complimentary tickets and reports. Must follow NCAA Rules and regulations Duties & Responsibilities Financial Operations Accounts for all monies received and all charges to internal departments; manages receipt and deposit of funds. Monitors procedures for financial and account functions related to ticketing and donation requirements, which provides the bulk of the athletic department’s self-supporting revenue (e.g. processing, monthly payment plans, batch processing, reconciliation of daily sales, etc.) Ensures compliance with University audit requirements Monitors box office sales for compliance with Athletics regulations and University Audit requirements Duties & Responsibilities Assists Associate AD with developing strategic and creative solutions to increase self-supporting revenues (e.g. tickets and donations). This includes collaborating with marketing and to coordinate department efforts around athletics events. Looks for innovative solutions and the best techniques for technology adoption that will lead to cost savings and enhanced customer service. Duties & Responsibilities Gameday Operations Lead supervisor for assigned ticketed sport as designated by the Associate AD, which include overseeing game day staff including temporary/seasonal workers as well as student workers Duties & Responsibilities Customer Service Responsible for providing outstanding customer service in relation to investigating and resolving customer problems and compliants. Develops and monitors customer service strategies to enhance relations with current season ticket members, while attracting new customers. This includes proactive handling of customer problems and concerns and mechanisms for retention of current season ticket members. Duties & Responsibilities Ticket Office Policies Assists in planning operations of ticket office including setting ticket deadlines, ticket printing, mailing dates and allocations as well as parking and online sales. Assists in window sales when necessary Responsible for developing plans, policies, and procedures to handle ticketing and some logistical issues for post-season tournaments, bowl games, or other special events.
