Overview The Aquatic Director will lead the operations of a 4-lane, 25-yard multi-purpose pool with two instructional areas, supervise staff, supervise and maintain pool and equipment, budget management, and all aquatic programming for the Lake Community YMCA. Responsibilities Lead operations and oversee daily activities related to an indoor pool. Supervise staff and maintain pool facilities and equipment. Manage budgeting and aquatic programming. Ensure safety and compliance with aquatic program standards. Qualifications Strong background in aquatics, swim lessons, and other aquatic-related operations. Excellent leadership skills with supervision of daily duties relating to an indoor pool. Degree in a related field or commensurate field experience preferred. CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding certification. Lifeguard Instructor Trainer (attained within 6 months). Certified Pool Operator Certification (attained within 1 year).
